“The oedipal mother basically entices the child, says look, here is the deal, you don’t have to do anything, but you don’t get to leave. But if you don’t leave and you don’t do those difficult things, I will take care of you.”
This is the problem within the church and society. And in our church, too many don’t know how to make their own decisions without having a meltdown.
