Jeremiah 17:9-10 NLT “The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?
10 But I, the Lord, search all hearts and examine secret motives. I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve.”
Do not trust your own heart nor the heart of another. You will always get hurt. You must learn how to be led by the Holy Spirit, at first, through the pastors, and eventually, the HS through your own brokenness as you mature. But you cannot go rogue and think you hear God and do not need the leadership or His Body.
