Hello, Fire of God church family 🙂

I would like to let you guys know that Nancy made a decision to go to rehab. We are very proud of her.
She has been struggling with alcohol and was trying to be set free from it on her own.

The enemy often deceives us by putting a thought, such as “I’m not addicted. I can control.” That’s why a lot of people waste their life away thinking they are “ok”.

God does supernaturally deliver people with a certain addiction. But God also uses people or certain organizations to help deliver you.

She has trauma and has gone through some hardships. Everyone went through some form of hardship and trauma, including myself as well. But that shouldn’t block your relationship with God. If you don’t know how to get out of your struggle/addiction, just follow the instructions/advice of the people whom God has put over you. These people can be your pastors, elders, and family members.

When she comes out of rehab, she will begin to move forward and advance!!

Please keep on praying for her, may she endure, and may she be set free!! 💖🙌🙏

Here is the verse that got me through when I encountered difficulties in my life.

Philippians 4:13 NLT
“For I can do
EVERYTHING through Christ, who gives me strength.”

We can do ALL THINGS ONLY through Him!!!

This is her text to us today.

Hi Pastors,
I made the decision to go to Victory. I am going to get all my things prepared and line up so this transition can be as smooth as possible for my husband and D Avelina, since they will be my biggest help when it comes to kids and house responsibilities. I want to call HR for my work and see if they have any kind of programs available for entering rehab and holding my job position for the Fall….

I won’t run away or fight this anymore, and I will submit to God and go through this. I know I can do it and it will be the best decision I can make.
Thank you for all your support and love. There are not enough words that can express my gratitude and your patience for me. ❤️❤️🥹
