Isaiah 40:29-31 NLT “He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.
30 Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion.
31 But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”
When we tell God we will wait for Him no matter how long or bad the tribulations waiting upon Him to rescue or give us breakthrough, then He will give us more power and strength to endure through.
But if we say, “When are you coming?” Then, from what could be viewed as a complaint or tantrum, we may lose our strength and power to hold on.
As the three friends said in the book of Daniel when they were about to be thrown in the fire, “God will recuse us but even if HE does not come, we shall not bow down to the enemy or quit on our faith.
