“Borderline intellectual functioning, previously called borderline mental retardation (in the ICD-8), is a categorization of intelligence wherein a person has below average cognitive ability (generally an IQ of 70–85), but the deficit is not as severe as intellectual disability (below 70).”
We all come as outcasts one way or another, but it does not mean we stay an outcast because we are to be regenerated and transformed through His Word and Power of the Holy Spirit, having become the new creation who is and are able to do all things through Christ who strengthens us.
Unless you want to stay ICD-8? Or stay spiritually below 70 in the cognitive ability. When the power of grace is available, should we have any excuse? Duh? Absolutely not.
We only stay blind and deaf when we choose to, which is to harden one’s heart.
Acts 28:27 AMP “For the heart (the understanding, the soul) of this people has become dull (calloused), And with their ears they scarcely hear, And they have shut their eyes [to the truth]; Otherwise they might see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart and return [to Me], And I would heal them.”
As the Bible says, according to your faith, let it be so. It is our choice to be free or continue in slavery and bondage.
Let us declare: I will come out of my box of fear and become the Bride of Christ.
