Luke 17:1: “Then He said to the disciples, ‘It is impossible that no offenses should come, but woe to him through whom they do come!'”

Please always remind yourself when someone offends you, ‘It is inevitable, therefore, that I need to learn to let it go.’

Do not focus on people but on God. People will always make mistakes and disappoint you, so do not take their shortcomings personally.

God gave you grace, mercy, and sacrificial love. Please give that same grace, mercy, and love to everyone.

Jesus prayed, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they’re doing”

If you overcome offense, you will become stronger. But if you don’t overcome, you will eventually leave the church. Wherever you go, and any church you go to, as long as you have a problem overcoming offense, you will always be offended by someone.

You will wander around, hoping to find the “perfect” place with “flawless” people. There are no such places on earth.

Matthew 6:14-15 Voice
If you forgive people when they sin against you, then your Father will forgive you when you sin against Him and when you sin against your neighbor. But if you do not forgive your neighbors’ sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

DO NOT lose your focus. Fix your eyes on Jesus. Always stay in the presence of God through daily prayer and reading, and as you die to your flesh.

The devil takes out many of God’s people through offense. It is one of the biggest reasons why people leave church. Lett us Guard our hearts.

Our beloved Crystal will no longer come to church. However, we will always experience people coming and going. We don’t stop people from coming or going. Please pray for Crystal 🙏
