Maybe it was not earwax but APD?
Bottom line is your diet and the need for exercise. Many of us adults or young adults could not choose or did not have knowledge when we were growing up, so we may have some hypersensitivity due to the food. But now, with knowledge, you are given a choice to cleanse your body and start living healthily with exercise.
