James 1:12 TPT: “If your faith remains strong, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties, you will continue to experience the untold blessings of God! True happiness comes as you pass the test with faith, and receive the victorious crown of life promised to every lover of God!”
People do not experience true happiness because they are not passing their tests. And the tests are life difficulties. What is to pass? Is it just to endure the time? No, you need to wake up and receive the revelation of why you are on the test. You may need to repent, adjust, change, have a different mindset, understand spiritual authority, need to be educated, grow up, stop swindling, stop manipulating, stop lying, stop sinning, or u-turn to pass the test.
A test is to reveal whether your faith is genuine and to determine whether you have been listening as you come to church or if you painted your eyelids to pretend you are awake.
