Praise the Lord and congratulations to those who got rewarded into the brand new Osgood apartments. If you are in any current lease, it may be better to break with some penalty or work out a deal with current landlords.
However, for those who may have missed this time, be prepared for any other opportunities whether housing or jobs. Be alert ( prayer) and ready! You never know when opportunity comes knocking. Be more vigilant on the Band posts because you do not know when I will be posting opportunities.

You either believe you are in the right church where the Holy Spirit resides and operates through His servants, the pastors, or you need to check out the LA and Atlanta branches to see if that is your level. There will be no hard feelings if you bounce branches.
