Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭28‬ ‭NLT “‬‬Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.””
‭‭
We can see from here that the simple definition of “blessing” is to be fruitful and multiply. Therefore, to be blessed is to be increased in all areas of your life and not be stagnant or static. Moreover, as one increases, your realm of sovereignty and dominion should also follow from the increase. Our influence in Christ must fill the earth, but it first starts locally with your marriages, family, neighbors, cities, nations, and extend to the ends of the earth. But since our physical lifetime is finite, it is God’s Will that we are fruitful in continuing the calling of creation through our offspring and descendants, as they are a reflection and continuation of us in Him.

Due to the breakage of the blessing in the timeline from sin, Jesus had come not only to save us but to give us an abundant life as HE brought order back by defeating death. This abundant life is to bring back the continuity of His original Blessings first declared at creation and restoring God’s government through His sons and daughters.

Happy New Year, Family
May your new year be truly fruitful and multiplying for His Glory!

Quote “At least part of what’s stunting the growth of a generation of young people are outsized dreams of what a good life looks like. “Our expectations are so much higher today,” says Melissa Kearney, an economist at the University of Maryland whose research focuses on children and family. “Generations before us didn’t expect to have large houses where every kid had a bedroom and there were multiple vacations.”  End quote

We are God’s people. Although we are in this world and experiencing its side effects from Satan’s plan, we have God!
But if we have God, why are many falling into the trap of the plans of the enemy?

“Be fruitful and multiply!”

The world’s population in many countries, including South Korea, being number 1, Japan, and even the US, are below the required birth rates. Japan’s population is declining and has a negative rate of 900,000 people per year. This means that unless something is drastically done, Japan’s population, economy, and nation are on a destructive course to collapse.
This is Satan’s plan. It is to cut off the line of God’s people and plan through them. As God’s people, we should not be declaring the excuses of the world why we should not be fruitful and multiply. We should not be withering away into nothing.

What r the world’s excuses?
1. We cannot afford to have children
2. We or I do not want to spend the energy to raise children, but want time for myself
3. I witnessed too many problems with my parents and therefore will not marry or have children
4. The world is going to the handbasket, so no need to bring children to this world.
5. I want to pursue my own career
6. I have my own personal dreams and goals
7. Blah blah blah
8. I want the perfect man or woman

You can continue to stay in the world’s spiritual economy or decide to seek God’s Will.

This does not mean you all need to get married. For example, if you are 65 and get married at 65, it does not mean you need to have kids either. But what is your portion is your portion. You figure it out based on doing the right thing.
