Those who are having a hard time sleeping 😴.
This is my opinion and not any medical advice, but you may try to see if it works for you.
Today’s food lacks healthy fat and includes too much processed and ultra-processed food. People are becoming zombies.
You need good fat balanced in your diet to help hormones, sleep, and many other good things.
Go buy 100% grass-fed butter. Look at the ingredients, and it should be cream or milk only. Take 1 tablespoon before you go to bed or during the day. If you can, buy a good brand of olive oil and take 2 tablespoons a day. Or take butter every other day or 1/2 tablespoon, go as your body tells you.
If you eat salad, avoid the common salad dressings and generously drizzle olive oil and a drop of apple cider vinegar, and get used to it. Buy sardines from Costco and eat one can a day for the omega-3.
If you need to pooh better, take Psyllium Husk Caps 500mg from the brand Now Foods on Amazon. It’s cheap and works! You need to take it 2-3 times a day. You will crap nicely.
Stop watching your phone before you sleep. The blue light is havoc! Also, you need to exercise or walk to make your body tired. Pray before bed; that helps relax your body. If you have already prayed, then pray again – maybe 20-30 minutes more.
Look at the little kids running around all day. Then they are knocked out in the evening. Maybe you run instead of walk?
