Matthew 3:8 BSB “Produce fruit, then, in keeping with repentance.”
What does this mean?
Matthew 3:8 TPT “You must prove your repentance by a changed life.”
Becoming obese and having more than enough to eat, making more money than ever before, driving new cars, living large, receiving tongues and holy dance, being able to hear God, obtaining spiritual authority and positions of leadership, never having your clothes or shoes ware out, making Sunday attendance and keeping it Holy, being able to rap, being part of worship, being able to sing on worship, being able to preach, and or being able to perform opening prayer with some revelation, and being able to pray or intercede, are these considered the spiritual enduring fruit Father God is looking for?
NO! It is not!
Is being able to obtain or perform all the above confirmations enough to go to heaven?
What say you?
Matthew 3:8 AMP “So produce fruit that is consistent with repentance [demonstrating new behavior that proves a change of heart, and a conscious decision to turn away from sin];”
Is new behavior defined as not smoking, not drinking, not watching porn, not vaping or weed, not prostituting, not having road rage, not constantly cursing, not abusing your spouse, not gang banging, not thieving, or the like, the changed behavior that is considered enduring fruit? Wouldn’t this just be the surface change?
But what about Matthew 7:21-23?
Additional Comments:
After accomplishing and gaining all, what would be considered enduring fruit? 🍉
Think about it.
