On the internet, there are many people called “INFLUENCERS.”
Hebrews 12:26-27 NLT “When God spoke from Mount Sinai, His voice shook the earth, but now HE makes another promise: ‘Once again I will shake not only the earth but the heavens also.”
27 This means that all of creation will be shaken and removed, so that only unshakable things will remain.”
Who or what is influencing your life? Jesus and His Body (His Church) or a list of strangers from your Instagram, YouTube, porn, or Telegram?
This is not to say we cannot learn from certain teachers on the internet when it benefits our lives. But I am speaking more about just entertainers that increase your dopamine levels.
Now, examine your life and see who is helping you the most. Who do you give respect and homage to?
Every pre- and post-revival, things happen. Pastor Jeremiah mentions shaking before the pre-revival. I have warned to be cautious since we are in pre-revival.
We are not being shaken because it is a season of revival, per se. God is preparing you by making you shake and shaking your foundation. Why? The purpose of the shaking is to expose what is shakable. It is to expose your SIN! When shaken, your weak areas will be exposed. With such new information, you must prepare to go into revival and be revived, repent, seek deliverance, and receive answers to strengthen those areas.
As verse 27 states, you will constantly be shaken until the unshakable remains, lest you collapse and fall apart from the tremors. Such tremors will come in the form of discipline, correction, disclosure of new information, new instructions, humiliation, sickness, car crashes, getting hurt, exposure, embarrassment, and, but not least, you may be exposed in all your nakedness in front of the whole congregation, especially if you are a leader.
