“The rewards of humility and the fear of the Lord are wealth and honor and life.”
Proverbs 22:4 BSB
If you are far from the blessed life of wealth, honor, and life, then the opposite is happening, which is pride and mocking God. Therefore, give deep thought to your actions and life, and do not be deceived by your offense or nonsense.
Additional Comments:
Are you still in Egypt? Or in the wilderness provided by God through manna? Coming out in the morning like a child to see what mama has cooked for you? Or in the Promise Land, conquering and having enough where you are the giver and not the one looking for help?
Does the Bride of Christ seek to receive help as one who is without land, or is one in a position to help and give generously through the riches of her Husband Jesus?
As the Apostle Paul said, when he was a child, he spoke and thought as a child, but as an adult, he had to grow up.
When I was a child and even spiritually a child, I liked to be free. It felt good. But as an adult, I like it better knowing I can afford anything or come to the ability that nothing is out of my reach.
Therefore, which would you want to enjoy? Getting it for free or an abundant life in which nothing is out of your reach?
