Hello, all parents with youth/young adults! 🙂

Honoring authority is not just the responsibility of parents. The parents must teach their children from a young age how to honour authority.

If your kids are young adults and working, they should be on their own, having learned to honor authority to assure their future blessings by sowing accordingly.

Parents and leaders, you can not presume to do all the work in terms of sowing, serving, and participating on behalf of your kids and not have them personally participate or sow. What will they learn without experience?

Based on your financial ability, young children, for example, with a minimum age of at least 13, should be taught through participation and shown by the parents what the parents are doing. If possible even children ages of 13 or older can participate with a birthday card and a small thank you offering of $5 minimum.

For the children, it is not about the dollar amount right now; it is about principle.

For older teenagers living in your household who do not have income, the parents can share a small portion of their income and have their kids participate.

Leaders and parents, you need to broaden your minds and hearts.

You are Kingdom citizens. You need to understand how the Kingdom principle works. In the physical world, you have to teach your kids to study hard, work hard, and find a career. You need to teach them if they are to make a living in this world. What is the principle? They need to either get a job, start a business, or create some products to make money.

In the spiritual realm, there is a process. Part of that main process is to sow so that you may reap. However, sowing and reaping have different variations. Just like there are different ways to make money in the natural realm. One main variation is tithing and general offerings. But to capture the reward of what your leaders possess, you must learn to honor your authorities. But parents, it is your job to teach your own kids.

***When God impressed us to give a birthday card and a gift to Bishop Kim, it’s the Parents’ job to lead their children to participate and teach them not only honour but to seize the opportunity which God has given to us for the blessing, reward, and breakthrough in the future***
