Jeremiah 29:11 NLT “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
Definition of a plan: “a method for doing or achieving something, usually involving a series of actions or stages, or something you have arranged to do.” end quote
Although technology helps us in many ways, it is taking away our ability to be patient and yet patience is love. The nations are becoming a microwave generation as we expect everything and anything to be on instant demand. Even Amazon’s likes are now bringing same-day delivery. Therefore, we are now conditioned to have answers on demand and within an instant. We are becoming demanding people, just like the world. You do not have to be a prostitute or a crack head to be defined worldly. When you become demanding, you may be worldly and become friends with the world, which is considered an enemy to God.
But God’s plan and work is premeditated. It was conceived and considered before the creation of the world. What is a plan? It is a process. It has methods. It has steps to achieve a certain goal and most importantly it takes time. A plan cannot be instant otherwise, it is not a plan. A plan cannot be conjured nor achieved from a microwave oven or a one day delivery service. It must be gathered, prepared, baked, and wait upon.
This particular verse is highlighted in my spirit.
Galatians 4:4 TPT “But when the time of fulfillment had come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law.”
People get offended because what they desire or want is deterred or rejected. But your fulfillment must be born from a “woman,” which means the church under the authority of the leaders. You cannot bring your own house (plans) and make God finish it. Under the law means you must learn the Word and learn to obey following until you come to maturity, which can mean many different timelines for different people. But the length of time is only dependent on your willingness. God sending His Son may represent your rebirth as the full revelation of Jesus’ love and work on the cross is awakened in you.
God had a plan to send His Son into the world to save His people, but most of them thought they needed saving from the Romans and from the miseries of life, but did not realize they needed saving from the wrath of God due to their own sin. Man’s condition of death is from sin, which originated from the fall in the Garden. So when Jesus appeared, many did not get what they expected or desired. But Jesus said to look at your own sins rather than the Romans, whom you can represent as your spouses, bosses, parents, trauma, abuses, rejection, or the like. God’s people wanted instant relief from the Roman oppression. They had waited so long, and now the answer they expected was not. It was because they had to realize Jesus was sent because they were not right with God. Jesus is not sent as a pit bull to go after those who have hurt you, nor give you what you want on demand. HE is sent to save you because you are in the wrong condition and not right with Him. If you know you need to change, then you cannot be the same person as yesterday.
So why would we not submit and surrender but continue to stubbornly hold onto your own plans, you have brought prior to stepping into this ministry? It is your house that must be demolished without reservation. For your house built on flesh and your own strength has no hope but disaster only. Only babies move by sight and feelings. Just look at your own physical babies and see how they react. Do you want them to just listen to you because the plans you have for them are not for disaster, but hope? But yet they keep demanding and crying because they want you to give them what they see as beautiful and feel good? As an adult, you need to stop demanding what feels and looks good. Stop being a man-child or a woman-child! Submit to God’s plan and be born of a woman.
By the way, happy New Year with this loving message.
