Christians say they want to live a life honoring God. What does that mean to God? What does it mean to you? What do you think it would take or required to honor God?

You need to think! Is my life constipated because God is taking too long or am I not adhering to His prerequisites of being answered?

Psalms‬ ‭50‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭TPT‬‬
“Why don’t you bring me the sacrifices I desire? Bring me your true and sincere thanks, and show your gratitude by keeping your promises to me, the Most High.15 Honor Me by trusting in Me in your day of trouble. Cry aloud to me, and I will be there to rescue you.”

In order for our prayers to be answered, you must be living a life of gratitude, not complaining (or offended), and keeping your promises.

The opportunity to honor God is during your trials and tribulations by learning to trust in Him. You are trusting as you keep thanking God and keeping your promises in the midst of trouble.

But if you complain, then you are reneging and will always be waiting. And the more you wait in tribulation, perhaps you need to realize what is coming out of your heart and mouth.

“Cry aloud to me,” is to diligently pray with all you got. It does not mean be a yoyo but be consistent. It does not mean u stop because u r offended or grumbling.

Psalms‬ ‭50‬:‭16‬-‭20‬ ‭TPT‬‬

“And now I speak to the wicked. Listen to what I have to say to you! What right do you have to presume to speak for me and claim my covenant promises as yours?

17 For you have hated my instruction and disregarded my words, throwing them away as worthless!

18 You forget to condemn the thief or adulterer. You are their friend, running alongside them into darkness.

19-20 The sins of your mouth multiply evil. You have a lifestyle of lies; you are devoted to deceit as you speak against others, even slandering those of your own household!”

God defines those who are wicked as those who hate His instructions, disregard His Words, have a lifestyle living in lies and are liars, and slander their own household, which are the fellow church members.
HE says to those people, “What right do you presume to speak to Me or claim My blessings?
Perhaps we should repent for being wicked?
