Matthew‬ ‭3‬:‭2‬ ‭NLT‬‬Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near.””
‭‭
Have you truly repented? Are you bearing the fruit of repentance? Or are you just following for your survival, greed, and hunger?

‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭7‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭NLT‬‬ “Then if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.

15 My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to every prayer made in this place.”

Is your land (heart/lives) restored?

If not, are you not fulfilling your part? Are you not humbling yourselves, praying (consistently), seeking His Face (reading the whole Bible to know Him, establishing a relationship), or turning from your wicked ways (sin)? Or are you constantly going back to your vomit?

It is that simple, but people refuse to turn from their wicked ways and are too self-absorbed. You need to think why, after all these years, the land is not fully restored. It may show some progress, but it is not fully restored. Maybe people are going back and forth and cannot decide if they are all in or not, but the vomit tastes good.

Proverbs‬ ‭26‬:‭11‬ ‭TPT‬‬ “Fools are famous for repeating their errors, like dogs are known to return to their vomit.”

We need to stop looking at sin from the perspective of our culture and ask the Holy Spirit to convict us and show us His perspective on how God thinks of sin.

Additional Comments:

This walk is a long-term journey and commitment. Stop trying to have spiritual one night stands.

How you operate in the physical realm is how you are trying to drive it in the spiritual.

The natural precedes the spiritual, and what you do in the natural overlaps with the spiritual, so master the natural first.

When you keep thinking of sin so lightly, you will be a Fool, always returning to your sin. It will taste good to you even though it is your own vomit.

Then who will be the master of your life? It will be sin. Then what is your reward? It will be death.
